At Bernies we will do our best to fulfil all orders but in exceptional cases, such as where supplies are unobtainable or temporarily out of stock we will contact you to suggest an alternative item or let you know the time delay.

We ship world wide. We will always try and make carriage as cheap as possible. Therefore, carriage will be charged at cost. We will do our best to quote for postage before delivery if we are asked.

Returns Policy:

In accordance with Distance Selling Regulations we are happy to accept items back for a refund or exchange if they don't fit, you have ordered the wrong thing or they are not suitable. The cost of the return postage must be paid by the customer. Claims for damages or shortages must be made within 48 hours of delivery. Please check your items as soon as possible after receipt.
